Where do you have custom QSL cards printed? Who does the design for them?

I designed my own QSL cards, using PageMaker, and print them on a LaserJet. Each card is an original, because I enter the QSO information before printing it. I also print the address on the opposite side, and it's all ready for a stamp.

However, I don't recommend using an InkJet printer, because the ink will smear if the card gets any moisture on it.

Are they black and white or color? What type of cardstock do you use?

They are black and white. Color would be great if I had a color laser. The cardstock is white and about 100lb weight, similar to what's used for business cards. A FedEx (ex Kinkos) store cut them for me. A standard 8.5 x 11 sheet will yield four 3.5 x 5.5 cards. I got 100 cards for around $15. ---Michael

I have a set that were made for me by KB3IFH, they include a custom photo on the front with my name address and call, the back includes some extra information about locations as well as standard QSL info. You can probably also get a stock form with your information on it as well from him for less money. His website is www.kb3ifh.homestead.com . As these were a gift I am unsure of price but I think it is reasonable and depends on what you want printed and how many cards you get.

Check out UX5UO QSLs these are great and dont cost a arm and a leg takes about 3-4 weeks to get qsl cards, they are guaranteed to please Iam waiting on new card batch now,I design my own cards and then UX5UO does all the hardwork-look at his web site, many others out there also but none touches UX5UO QSLs-unless you pay 2-3 times the price as suggested look in the adds in QST for others, myself like unique QSL card not like run of the mill types, you get a better return rate.73/GL/DX.
