According to a brief forum discussion on QTH.com,

Save your cash Its an 11 meter piece.Dont hit with 100 watts without a Fire Extinguisher Close At Hand it Might work for 10 meter QRP but not much else.

So this is probably only useful for someone using a Citizen's Band radio, and not much else.

You can learn more about Standing Wave Ratio or Forward and Reflected Power if you please.
